本試驗采用石蠟切片研究了沙芥發芽期、幼苗生長期各器官形態及解剖結構的變化過程；并對采自鄂爾多斯市野生沙芥花、果實、種子及人工栽培的葉片旺盛生長期、葉片生長衰退期的根、莖、葉等材料進行了形態及解剖學研究，結果表明：沙芥發芽期根、莖、葉各器官內組織已開始分化；幼苗期已分化出發達的輸導組織及貯水組織；葉片旺盛生長期各器官具有發達的輸導組織，但機械組織不發達，因此沙芥的根莖葉適于食用。
